Welcome to The Wiccan Christian. I’m sure there are a lot of people who may wonder, “What exactly does that mean?” Well, I guess if there is a such thing, that’s what I am. Hi, my name is Cindy. I have started this blog to be more like a diary; with personal thoughts, quotes, biblical references, spiritual ideas, basically things I’ve come across in time, either by my own mind or the mind of another that has just stuck with me. I won’t say this blog will be organized as I am not an organizer. But I want to share my experiences with people in hopes that maybe someone will understand and actually relate to a few stories. Ive had a lot of experiences in my life that I feel I need to share. I think it removes fear and brings understanding. I suffer….okay, I won’t say “suffer”…that sounds so….empty, like there was never anything good in my life. Not the case at all. I’ve had some very wonderful experiences in life. But I too carry scars that may or may not completely heal. I’ve been hurt in the worst way I think a person can be hurt. Nevertheless, I am a survivor. Welcome to my blog. Hello! My name is Cindy Welcome to my blog, The Wiccan Christian. I imagine there are a few people who may recognize me by another website I just recently removed. And the answer for the removal is simple. I wasn’t happy about the things I was writing about. With the exception of Bobber of course. I also wasn’t talking about the things that really mattered to me.

People also may be wondering why I chose to name my site The Wiccan Christian. I have a pretty good and fair answer for a good and fair question. And I’m sure I will answer that question in a post at some point. Maybe more than once.

I call my blog The Wiccan Christian because I believe in a little of both. More so Christianity before Wiccan, because I grew up as a Christian. But there are beliefs I have that relate to Wiccan. I’ve only started studying Wiccan about eight (8) years ago and I by far am educated enough. I mainly agree with the idea of nature and to harm no one, or you will receive it back times three (3). Karma. I believe in the Wiccan ways, because I myself have received karma for bad deeds I’ve done. And it may not come in a way expected.

Another reason why I call myself a Wiccan Christian is because I’ve had a love for nature ever since I was a child. And I always felt God spoke to me through nature; whether it be the wind blowing or a bird singing, being approached by a butterfly out of nowhere. Believing everything in nature is beautiful and expansive. I believe God talks to us through nature and that has been a belief since childhood. Seeing an eagle through out your day, to me, is something symbolic and means something. Dreams, mean something. And etc. These may not even be Wiccan principles, but there mine and Wiccan is the closest I can call it.
